Psilly Goose Inc. ("Psilly Goose," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://drinkpsilly.com/ and related online services (the "Site"). 1. Scope & Audience (21+ Only)

Our Site and products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have collected information from a person under 21, contact hello@drinkpsilly.com and we will delete it.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected online through our Site and services that link to it. It does not apply to third-party sites and services we do not control.

  • Examples: approximate location (IP); precise location only if you enable it
  • Sources: your device/browser; OS permissions

  • Disclosed to: fraud/age/geo services; shipping; compliance tools
  • Retention: IP-based 13–36 months; precise location (if enabled) retained only as needed for that feature/session

Payment Information

  • Examples: card type/last4; tokenized payment IDs (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Sources: you; payment processors
  • Purposes: process payments, refunds, chargebacks; fraud prevention
  • Disclosed to: payment processors; fraud tools
  • Retention: as needed for transactions/chargebacks, typically up to 7 years

Inferences

  • Examples: preferences derived from browsing/purchases
  • Sources: analytics tools; your activity
  • Purposes: improve/measure site; personalize content/offers (where permitted)
  • Disclosed to: service providers under contract
  • Retention: typically 13–36 months

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): If collected (e.g., date of birth for age verification or precise location you enable), we use SPI only for permitted, necessary purposes (security/fraud, providing requested services, short-term transient use, legal compliance). 3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, financing, or bankruptcy)

We may also share aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

6. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, confirm, correct, delete, port, opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, limit SPI, and appeal a decision.

We verify each request and respond within 45 days (may extend once by 45 days if reasonably necessary). You may use an authorized agent with proper authorization.

Appeals (CO/CT/VA and similar): If we deny your request, reply to our decision email with "Privacy Appeal." We respond within 45 days. If unsatisfied, you may contact your state regulator.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

 


 

7. "Sale," "Sharing," and Targeted Advertising (CPRA and Similar)

We do not sell personal information for money. However, under some laws (e.g., California), certain ad/analytics uses can be deemed "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account or interaction with us is no longer secure, contact hello@drinkpsilly.com.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information consistent with the retention periods listed in the Notice at Collection section and as needed to: provide services, comply with laws, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. After those periods, we delete or de-identify data.

10. International Users / GDPR

The Site is intended for U.S. residents. If you are in the EEA/UK and choose to use the Site, your data may be transferred to the United States and other jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent data protection.
Whenever we transfer your personal information outside the EEA or the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)—are in place to protect it.

Your GDPR rights include the right to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing (including for direct marketing), and not be subject to automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

11. Children & Teens (Re-stated)

Our Site and products are intended for adults 21+ and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post changes here with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

  • Colorado / Connecticut / Virginia / Utah: You may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of targeted advertising/sale/profiling. An appeals process is provided in Section 6.

  • Nevada (NRS 603A): We do not sell "covered information" as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit sale opt-out requests to hello@drinkpsilly.com.
