We verify each request and respond within 45 days (may extend once by 45 days if reasonably necessary). You may use an authorized agent with proper authorization.
Appeals (CO/CT/VA and similar): If we deny your request, reply to our decision email
with "Privacy Appeal." We respond within 45 days. If unsatisfied, you may
contact your state regulator.
We will not discriminate against you for
exercising your rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, under some laws (e.g., California), certain ad/analytics uses can be deemed "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
