Standard & Expedited Options: At checkout, you may choose standard ground shipping or upgrade to faster services—such as 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight—for an additional cost. Charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on product weight, destination, and method.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times depend on the carrier and method you select. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Adult Signature & ID: Because our products are 21+, an adult signature and
government-issued ID may be required on delivery where state or local law mandates it. We cannot ship
to P.O. boxes where ID verification is required.
You will receive:
Order Confirmation – includes your order number and details.
Shipment Confirmation – provides tracking numbers once your order ships (tracking may take up to 3 business days to activate).
Important Notices – if we encounter issues such as address errors, payment problems,
or duplicate orders.
Track your order anytime by logging into your account at drinkpsilly.com or using the tracking link emailed to you.
Report any damage within 7 days of delivery to hello@drinkpsilly.com.
If 4 or more cans are damaged, we will replace the damaged
quantity.
If 3 or fewer cans are damaged, we will issue a credit equal to the value of those cans (we do not ship single-can replacements).
Minor dents that do not affect product safety or seal are not eligible for refund or
replacement.
If tracking shows "delivered," wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your building office.
If still missing, contact us within 7 days. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
We are not responsible for theft after a carrier confirms delivery. Consider a secure address or
parcel locker if theft is a concern.
